What is the State of Your Club?

2012 is gearing up, now is the perfect time to take a few minutes to take stock of your Awana club.

Many of us face the same challenges, but we all feel as though we are the only ones struggling with these issues.

1. Finding & working to keep committed volunteers.

2. Getting everything done.

3. Dealing with conflict and other communicationissues.

But we all have the same dreams of a living, vital ministry where people operate in their gifts, encourage and support one another, and experience great joy in service. 

No dream or struggle is too big for God. 

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”  Eph. 3:20-21
